Born Lorain, Ohio, June 4, 1941; admitted to bar, 1966, Ohio; 1968, U.S.
Court of Appeals, Sixth Circuit and U.S. Court of Appeals for the District
of Columbia Circuit; 1969, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Ohio;
U.S. Tax Court and U.S. Supreme Court. Admitted to bar State of
New York, 2007.
Education & Experience
Case Western Reserve University (B.A., 1963; J.D., 1966); New York University
(L.L.M., 1967). Recipient, United States Department of Justice Special
Achievement Award. Former Trial Attorney, United States Department of
Justice; Former Deputy Chief, Organized Strike Force; Former Director,
Ohio Organized Crime Prevention Counsel; Former Special Assistant to the
Governor of Ohio; Federal Court Mediator; State Court Mediator.
